We strongly encourage the use of cameras and voice recorders! Feel free to bring your paranormal gadgets along and have some fun!

Please show up 10 minutes prior to Tour time, to sign in! We meet outside at Emma’s of course!

SPACES ARE LIMITED!!! Reservation form must be filled out and accompanied by payment! 

When the tour shows sold out…it’s SOLD OUT….meaning NO further reservations will be accepted for that evening! 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL our TOURS are nonrefunadble, and non transferable .  Our spaces are limited, and when we cap off, we close the tour.  If people don’t show up, someone else has missed out.

If you’re interested in a Burlington Ghost Walk T-shirt ($20.00),  you can save $5.00 off the cost with your paid admission ($15.00)….Please let us know upon prepaying for your tour, so we know the size you require, and can have it with our guide on tour night!
